Privacy / KVKK notice
This notice explains what information we process during guest-list requests and why.
Information collected
Attendee first names and surnames; the primary applicant’s telephone number and verified email; selected venue and event; consent choices; and request status.
Purpose
We use the information to verify and process a guest-list request, forward it to the venue PR, notify the result, prevent abuse and manage optional marketing consent.
Sharing and retention
Guest names and necessary contact details may be shared only with the selected venue PR for approval. Information is not retained longer than needed for operations, security and legal obligations, and it is not sold.
Your choices and rights
Use the contact page to request access, correction, deletion or objection to processing. Marketing consent is separate from the guest-list request and is optional.
Security
Email verification codes are short-lived and single-use. Never share a verification code or private access credentials.
